Well 2012 is officially on its last leg, yet for many the race has just begun... This year I have learned a number of things among them is the fact that when God has given you an assignment, you need to stick to it. When your focus is off, your whole mindset is off... 2013 for me is going to be focused on staying consistent and focused! No matter what may arise I will keep my mind on the things of GOD!
What has God given you to do? What is the assignment assigned to your life?

I pray blessings over your lives in 2013 and forever more!!!!

Grape Seed Oil For Your Hair!
It is a known fact that massaging your scalp with oil is good for hair. Oiling your hair regularly keeps it healthy and shiny, and makes it stronger and lustrous. Well, one such oil that you can use is grape seed oil. In fact, our grandmas used to recommend grape seed oil and even today it is used by many to promote healthy hair.
What is Grape seed Oil?
Grape seed oil is made from grape seeds after they have been used to make wine. Here a cold-pressing technique is used to extract the oil. It is light green in color and is almost odorless and has a light non greasy texture.
The antioxidants in the oil are called procyanidolic oligomers (PCO’s), which have more health and hair benefits as compared to vitamin C and vitamin E. It also has moisturizing and regenerative properties. Also as this oil is very rich in vitamins, minerals and protein, its usage can be found in many cosmetic products such as; soaps, hair care, cosmetics, facial creams, body creams, bath oils, lip balms and anything else you can think of.
Some of the major benefits of grape seed oil for hair are:
· One of the top benefits of grape seed oil is that it gives your hair a great sheen. It also helps in reducing brittleness in hair. But for this you need to regularly massage your scalp with grape seed oil.
· When grape seed oil is used regularly on hair, it also solves the problem of dandruff. Also the problem of seborrheic dermatitis can be reduced by regular application of grape seed oil on the scalp.
· No matter what type of hair you have – normal, dry or oily, you can use grape seed oil without any problem due to its light and non greasy nature.
· As grape seed oil contains vitamin E and linoleic acid it makes the hair follicles stronger and healthy. This is why applying grape seed oil to hair is one of the best home remedies for hair growth.
· Dry, rough and frizzy hair can also be benefitted from the use of grape seed oil. The hair cuticles gets smooth with this oil as it seals in the moisture on hair strands.
· Grapeseed oil is also used as a heat protector making it perfect to use on damaged hair caused by excessive heat treatments.
· As this hair oil is odorless and non greasy in texture, it can be applied by people who do not like the feel of heavy hair. This oil gets easily absorbed by the scalp and hair.
· Often grape seed oil is used as carrier oil. You can dilute grape seed oil with other essential oils like lavender oil to apply it on your hair.

What do we really want?
What every natural woman wants.....you probably said PRODUCTS!!! LOL Your right on a level...but more importantly a Natural woman wants to be treated with respect and love. So many times I have been asked the question " Why did you go natural" majority of the time my response is.." I felt like it" LOL but the real reason was I am not my hair..I wanted change.. I wanted to be ME! The me without heat damage...or a forced identity. I wanted the ME that I had come to know..not the one others thought I should be. I suppose that..the day I cut my hair..was the day I started to live...

Stigma?
Natural Women want to be look at as not being a stigma of the forced reality the society has placed n them. Many of Natural Women often times are just embracing all of their curves. Even the one's that grow out of their scalps..not trying to "Fight the Power" or start and "New Revolution" but just being them..loving every part of them. So in all a Natural Woman is a woman with a Specified Identity..not one that was created for her...Embrace who you are...love the life you live.
