God, who knows the heart, showed that He accepted them by giving the Holy Spirit to them, just as He did to us” (Acts 15:8). “For the LORD searches every heart and understands every motive behind the thoughts” (1 Chronicles 28:9). “For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart” (Hebrews 4:12).
When people say God knows my heart. Please know that he really does know your heart. Don’t try to hide behind your words because God knows your motives. God wants us to be true to who we are no matter how ugly or dirty our past are, and continue to be God truly knows your heart. God wants you that way so that HE can get the Glory out of your life. God wants you that way so that you can give him power, God wants it that way so that your burden will be light and he will carry it for you!! God wants what’s best for you even when we can’t always see it. I often get caught up in the ebb and flow of life… because it’s easy! I don’t want to think most times I just want to go to work, smile, go home, watch TV, and do it all over again the next day. HOWEVER, the Call on my life and YOURS ….and the PURPOSE of my life and YOURS… is not going to allow that!! Because we are Purposed FILLED Individuals and the Holy Spirit walks and guides us.. one of our hardest things is being content with where we are especially if it’s not where God wants us to be. Now don’t get me wrong there are times when God wants you to stay in a season for a while, but that’s not what I am referring to.. I am speaking on our FAITH and our WITNESS growing to the next level. Remember, if you say “God I want to live for you, I will do what you ask of me” ALL of the TIME it means GET READY! From the time God enters your life to the time you go to your Heavenly reward God is working on you and your destiny and you are working TOO. God doesn’t want for you to be perfect; he just wants you. So don’t be so caught up in the ebb in flow because if you are how can God send you North, South, East, and West. If your main direction is to the couch! It’s hard I’m not going to say that it is easy, but knowing that God is with you and his warrior angels are around protecting you; should and will give you confidence in his ALMIGHTY POWER!!! GOD IS I AM!!! Remember that God knows your heart and he has a plan for you. Also, remember that that plan comes with training and trials; both of which aren’t going to be EASY!
Prayer
God I thank you for accepting me for who I am, I thank you God for opening my eyes, ears, and heart to a new place in you. I know that you know my heart so God I ask that you cleanse my heart and make me pure again. I repent and turn away from anything I may have done known or unknown that wasn’t pleasing to you! I believe in your power and I know that you are able to take me to the next level in my faith walk. I have FULL confidence that my destiny is already in place and I am on track with who you want me to become. I rebuke any spirits, and blockade spirits from blocking this prayer IN JESUS NAME, YOU ARE TO GO TO JESUS! God take my Prayer Life and Faith to the next level, and prepare me for the things I am about to face. I know that you are HERE with me now!!! Thank you for Mobilizing your WARRIOR ANGELS all around me, my family, my home, my friends, my job and my coworkers! GOD YOU ARE I AM.. HAVE YOUR WAY IN MY LIFE!!
In Jesus Name AMEN!

All about Hair
Hair is made up of 98-99% protein keratin and 1-2% water. It consists of three layers;
the Medulla (defining core), the Cortex (strengthening inner section) and the Cuticle
(overlapping outer layer). The factors that determines the condition of your hair resides
with the care given to the Cortex and the Cuticle. Quite often we see that hair care products
addresses the condition of the Cuticle and under addresses the health of the Cortex.
Your hair grows continuously, regardless that it may appear otherwise. Several factors can and will affect the rate of hair growth. These can be health related issues, improper diet leading to deficiencies, and environmental effects
Since one element, of first impression is always directed to ones hair, we would like to offer you, some additional information, in order to help you to have a clearer understanding about your crowning beauty. The following attributes to the overall nature of hair.
Shape
Some professional may refer to this, as the texture of the hair; that being fine, medium and coarse (having the largest circumference). At the risk of sounding contradictory, we have investigated further and we would like to explain in more details, as a way of answering some unasked questions.
After extensive research, this will probably come as a surprise to you. The shape of the hair is due to the diameter of the hair shaft (across-section of a hair strand), which tends to vary between ethnic groups. For example, those from Asiatic heritage reports having the thickest hair; usually measuring upwards of 82-120 µm, (Micrometer, which equals one thousandth of a millimeter) in diameter. Those from European legacy, show a diameter measurement, ranging from 57-90 µm and standing at approximately 35-65 µm are those of African homage. In addition to this, the hair shape of the people of African descent (which we will refer to as Afro-Ethnic), grows in an irregular, oval tubular shape; verses the round tubular shape of people of Asiatic and European decent. Therefore, the synopsis is that hair with the lower µm measurement, will be a more fragile hair strand, and additional care and caution must be taken when working with and styling.
Porosity
Porosity is the ability of the hair to absorb moisture. This depends on the length of, and the way in which the keratin tiles overlap on the hair strand.
The outer core of hair strands are covered by overlapping keratin, which when magnified, would resemble scales and or tiles. The smoother and longer the keratin tiles the shiner and healthier the hair will appear. As the keratin tiles are longer on that of Asiatic hair, this affords a shiny, straighter hair strand. We would like to add, that with its lower porosity, this hair type tends to be more resistant to accept natural hair coloring. The overlapping keratin varies in the case of European hair; which lends to various hair textures and hair types. The shorter keratin tiles of Afro-Ethnic hair and the nature in which the hair grows, contributes to its high porosity. This inadvertently, causes greater loss of moisture. It is another reason why ones hair can at times becomes dry and seemingly brittle; which eventually leads to breakage, if it is not properly cared for and maintained.
Physiology
The physiology of one’s hair is primarily determined by DNA. The reason why we say primarily is, due to the advancements in today’s technology; which we can use to permanently alter the hairs natural state. We can now choose, to change the pattern of our hair, which has grown out and through the epidermis. If your hair grows straight you can make it curly, by using a permanent curl system. Likewise, if your hair grows in a curly (S shape pattern), coily or kinky (Z shape pattern), you may opt to have it Thermally Conditioned (only suggested for type 3b hair and below), Relaxed, Texlaxed, Texturized, Blow-dried Straight, or Flat-ironed; to acquire a different look.
Often, because of the physiology of our hair, we are at times unsatisfied. This is found to be a common thread, regardless of heritage or background. Asiatic hair tends to grow in a very straight pattern, and some might think too straight. This is due to the fact that the hair grows almost perpendicular to the scalp, from an almost round hair follicle. European hair varies from straight to curly; depending on the varying round to kidney shape hair follicle; and the angle at which the hair grows. Similarly, Afro-Ethnic hair can vary from straight to curly, to wavy and/or zigzag pattern. This as well depends on the shape of the hair follicle which can be round, kidney or oval shaped. Additionally, at times the hair tends to grow at a sharper angle to the scalp, which leads to a tighter curl pattern. This then is often referred to as kinky. Due to the growth pattern this offers numerous styling opportunities.

The Power Of Change
I looked at myself in the past and the people around and wondered why we can't get to our ultimate goals in life. After evaluating myself and hearing what they had to say, it all came down to the same thing!!! The ability to want to CHANGE!!! Do u know how huge that point can be in someone's life. Now I do. I know when I was doing my thing in the world, I didn't want to change a thing. I felt like life was great. Come on now, all the women, cursing and others things was the life to me. To give that up and change was so so hard!!! Anything that has to do with living life right and having discipline at first is gonna be really hard. That's why it's hard to CHANGE bad habits and bad lifestyles. I'm telling you that people would tell me verbatim, that they don't want to change or there not ready to change. The thing is, they still expect God to bless then in huge ways. It doesnt work that way!!! God has his ways to get people's attention and I would advice anybody wait for that. God doesn't want to have to get the attention of hard headed people. I believe he wants use all his time helping us and molding us to the individuals that he wants us to be so we and be blessed like we never been blessed before. But that can only happen if we push forward to CHANGE. Don't be that hard headed person just living life the way you want to or not wanting to change or Procrastinate on it. That can put you in situations that you dont want to be in because of your choices. So remember you have help too!!! God will do all he can to help us CHANGE!!! We just have to do our part!!! God wants to bless us in huge ways!!! So lets CHANGE so he can!!! Have a blessed day!!!

3 Questions to Formulate a Life Plan for 2013
One of the most common ministry opportunities I have is helping people discover God’s will and determine a life direction. I sometimes feel I get to be a sort of “life coach.” I believe strongly in having a plan of where you want to go and what you want out of life. “Where there is no vision, the people perish” (Proverbs 29:18). Several years ago I started asking people three questions to help them begin to formulate their own life plan. The questions are:
Where do you want to go?
Begin to ask yourself some evaluation questions. You can think of your own, but here’s some to consider. (Don’t be afraid to dream and think big when answering these questions.)
If you could see your life in 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, what would you hope to see?
Where would you live?
Where are you in your career?
What kind of relationship would you have with your spouse; with your children, etc.?
What does your relationship with God look like?
How are you going to get there?
People are usually pretty good at answering the questions above, or at least they have general ideas, but we don’t always plan a course of action to get there. One truth we cannot escape is that we will most likely end up in the direction we are heading. So, we don’t usually meet the goals we set for ourselves unless we aim for them. Begin to take the answers to the questions above and write some action steps to meeting them. What would you have to do differently in your life if you want to end up someday where you say you do?
Are you willing to pay the price?
This is always the quickest question to answer, but if it’s answered truthfully, it is always the hardest question. I hear men talk about wanting a close family, but they aren’t willing to place their family ahead of their career or hobbies. Someone says they want to advance in their career, but they aren’t willing to gain the education necessary. Achieving success at anything requires a certain level of sacrifice. Some people may want to attain the level, but they aren’t willing to invest what is required to get there. At some point you will have to determine if you are.
Spend some time wrestling with these questions and you will be on your way to developing your own life plan. For accountability purposes, share them with someone close to you and give them permission to periodically ask you how you are doing.
